Hardworking and jovial traveling foodie with a passion for canines and a propensity for problem-solving.

I am a Durham Native whose ancestors had a part in shaping this great city and adjoining township(Mangum Street, Bahama). In 1981, I started my 40 year career in construction and secured my NC GC license in 1987. Built homes throughout the Triangle until 2007, when I made the switch to commercial construction. Since 2007, I have spent the majority of my last 13 years providing construction management services and leading project teams while building iconic structures at Duke University.

This coming November 2021 I will have been married to my wife Debra Mangum with whom we have a son, Dillon Mangum, a daughter-in-law Aubrey Harmon Mangum and our favorite grand dog "Dixie", the boxer, who live in Concord! Debra and I both are members of Summit Church.

My 95 year old Dad, two sisters and brother all call Durham home and live in the Northern part of the county. I'm excited to begin a "second" career in Real Estate and look forward to helping friends, family and past clients.
