Angela Burkall has been serving residential real estate clients since 2015, specializing in new construction across Wake, Chatham, Durham, and Orange Counties. With firsthand experience navigating the building process—from contract to design selections to pre-drywall inspections—she brings a detail-oriented approach and practical insight that helps her clients move forward with confidence. Through her work alongside her husband, Eric, with Gold Leaf Ventures LLC, she has developed a strong foundation in renovations and new construction, giving her a clear understanding of how homes come together and how to guide clients through the process with clarity and ease. She is especially knowledgeable in the Cary market, where her understanding of local builders, communities, and timelines adds value throughout the process.

A Durham native and graduate of Western Carolina University, Angela has deep roots in the area and has raised two sons here. She previously served as a team manager for a local high school football program and enjoys staying active, with a focus on health and fitness. She’s especially drawn to Cary for its relaxed suburban feel, convenient access across the Triangle, and its network of greenways and sidewalks that make it an easy, walkable place to call home.
