He grew up working alongside his father on the family’s tobacco farm before transitioning to the Person and then Orange County Conservation Districts, where he assisted farmers with resource conservation projects designed specifically to meet their business and agricultural needs. A proud NC State graduate and US Army veteran, he combines hard work, discipline, and integrity in everything he does.

Now based in Roxboro—where his family history runs deep—Bradsher values the rural lifestyle, strong community ties, and time outdoors. Whether it’s hunting, fishing, or exploring historical architecture, he finds inspiration in the land and its stories.
