Karen Robinson

Karen Robinson brings a lifelong connection to the Milton and Hyco Lake communities, along with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others find the right place to call home. She first put down roots in the Milton area in 1997, building lasting relationships with local business owners and families along the way. Those connections give her clients a deeper, more personal understanding of the community.

Her family has had a home on Hyco Lake there since 2018, and through that experience, she’s become familiar with the lake, its different areas, and the lifestyle it offers across Caswell and Person Counties.

Real estate has always been part of Karen’s story. Growing up around her family’s work in residential and commercial real estate—and spending time with investors—she developed an early appreciation for the industry. As a child, she even carried around a binder pretending to be a Realtor, a path she officially started to step into in 2022 once her children were older.
