Beacon Properties Group and Pickett Sprouse Commercial Real Estate are pleased to announce that construction on a mixed-use building that will serve rapidly growing western Cary is now underway. A groundbreaking ceremony for the property at 150 Wellesley Trade Lane was held on January 17, 2019. The 28,231 SF building will be located at the corner of High House Road, Green Level Road and Highway 55, which is only one mile from I-540 and minutes away from Research Triangle Park.

Pickett Sprouse, which was recently acquired by West & Woodall, is handling leasing and the project was designed by Tim Barber of Barber Architects and EarthCentric Engineering.Beacon Properties Group is the project’s developer.
