Durham Office Building to be Repurposed as New Veterans Outpatient Clinic

A Durham office building that previously housed multiple tenants will be repurposed as a new Veterans Outpatient Clinic. The 45,000 square foot office building is situated on 3.7 acres at 3114 Croasdaile Drive, just off I-85. Pickett Sprouse Commercial Real Estate Broker Jerry Gambill represented HBR Properties, LLC in the sale of the property to VAF 3114 Croasdaile Drive, LLC.

The sale closed on December 9 for $3.4 million. The building and lot will be extensively renovated into a Class A medical facility.

“The property is ideal for the intended use given its proximity to other Veterans Administration facilities in northwest Durham, its convenient access to Interstate 85, and high-quality surrounding neighborhoods and commercial enterprises,” said Gambill.
