I am a member of the best real estate industry organizations in the Triangle area--The Durham Regional Association of REALTORS® and The Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange & Chatham Counties. I began the Charter Organization of The Professional Women in Building of Durham, Orange, Chatham Counties. I currently serve as President-Elect for The Rotary Club of Downtown Durham and an Ambassador for the Hillsborough/Orange Chamber of Commerce.
I have spent the last 22 years working with national banks, mortgage companies and real estate firms navigating the ever-changing landscape of the investment, lending and real estate markets. I earned my NC Real Estate Broker License in 2006. I have earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation (GRI), the Seller Representative Specialist designation (SRS), and I hold the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation (SRES®) to be specially qualified to address the real estate needs of those age 50+.
